Shipping Policy
We ship online orders Monday through Friday. The cut-off time for getting your order in to ship the FOLLOWING day is 12pm PST. If a major U.S holiday falls on a business day you can expect your coffee to go out the next available shipping day.
All of our orders ship out via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or OnTrac. You can expect your order to arrive within 14 business days if shipped to the contiguous U.S. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
Return & Exchange Policy
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or final delivery for a refund. Proof of purchase is required for all return policy.
Shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. Any defect or shipping damage is required to have been reported within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Final sale items with prices under $70.00, items damaged through normal wear and tear, and discontinued models are ineligible items.
