2. Operating Instructions
(1) Pull up the pull rod first, and then place the trimmed plaster model on the vacuum mesh.
(2) Put the film on the interlayer and tighten the fixing screw.
(3) Turn on the heating switch to observe the softness of the film, and wait for the film to be heated evenly.
(4) Press down the tie rod so that the heated soft film covers the plaster model,
(5) Turn off the heating switch, turn on the vacuum switch, vacuumize for 10-15 seconds, and the braces can be formed.
(6) First use a pen to mark the gingival margin on the outside of the film.
(7) After the film has cooled, use scissors or a grinder to remove the excess film according to the mark to complete the braces.
